We publish original Community Intelligence research and commentary to help readers understand how online communities influence brands, markets and culture.

Independence

Editorial conclusions are based on the evidence and analysis described in each publication. Commercial relationships must not determine a research conclusion.

Opinion and inference

Commentary, interpretation and prediction should be identifiable as such. We do not present inference as verified fact.

Updates

Material corrections are recorded. Minor spelling and presentation fixes may be made without changing an article’s conclusions.
