Share of Consensus measures how often a brand appears within trusted recommendations when communities discuss a category.

Unlike Share of Voice, Share of Consensus focuses on trusted recommendations rather than total mentions.


Share of Voice

Share of Voice measures how frequently a brand is mentioned relative to competitors.

While useful, it does not indicate whether those mentions are trusted, recommended or influential.


Social Listening

Social Listening monitors brand mentions, keywords and sentiment across social platforms.

Community Intelligence builds upon Social Listening by analysing context, relationships, trust and decision making rather than simply collecting mentions.

Trust Collapse

Trust Collapse occurs when community confidence rapidly declines following negative experiences, controversy or repeated failures.
